Download Windows 10 ISO using Rufus
The first is download RufusIn this tutorial I will use the portable version (Portable).
Step 1.- We run Rufus and connect our USB memory (Optional).
Step 2.- Once our device is recognized, we click on the drop-down menu to select the option Download, as the following image indicates.
Step 3.- We click on the same button Download.
Step 4.- A new window will open, where it will give us to choose if we want to download the ISO image of Windows 10 or Windows 8.1. This time we choose the Windows 10 version and continue.
Step 5.- Through a sequence we will have to choose the version, emission, edition, the language and the architecture that we need.
Step 6.- Once the details of the ISO image have been defined, to download it we have 2 options: if we click on the button Download The file explorer will open to choose the directory or folder where we want to save it.
We can immediately see the status of the download in the same Rufus interface.
But if we check the box Download using a browser (see step 5), a tab will open in our default browser, to the direct download site from Microsoft's servers.
That is all! When the download is finished, with the same Rufus you can easily create the bootable USB of the ISO image of Windows 10, with the certainty that you will have a clean installation of the operating system and above all safe 🙂
