Conditions of electricity contracts

  • Duration of the service, in this case one year.
  • Continuous renewal processes with periods of one year, but considering the possibility where one of the parties modifies the conditions of the contract, all within a period of no less than one month in relation to the expiration date.
  • It is customary to renew every 12 months.
  • Bi-monthly or monthly billing can be done.
  • In the case of electronic invoicing, the client receives a discount of 2% of its value, except in the case of a flat rate.
  • In the case of an additional maintenance service, these conditions are not linked to the service.

Always Light Premium Rate

There is a specific group of customers who distribute the consumption of electricity on a regular basis, that is, with a fixed behavior during each day, for these cases the company Aldro Energía, presents the possibility of applying the so-called Premium rate always, with the characteristic to present a single price for kWh available for both homes and companies whose access toll is between 2.0 A and 2.1 A.

It should be noted that the access toll is a concept established by the state in such a way that all customers must consider approximately 40% of the total amount of the bill and are applied to the concepts of contracted power and energy consumed.

Premium Night Light Rate

For this type of tariff, the company considers two billing periods, peak and valley, as indicated above, and requires an access toll of 2.0DHA or 2.1 DHA for its operation. As the Premium Nocturna Luz rate can be deducted, it is a consumption plan with time discrimination.

When the client requires a change in the access rate, they must commit to cancel a certain payment, which in no case is assumed by the company Aldro Energía, therefore said user is obliged to make a payment of 9.04 € + VAT, all this to cover the expenses for the right to down payment. 

Evidently, the electricity service is more expensive during peak hours considered between the period from 12:00 to 22:00 in winter and 13:00 to 23:00 in summer, however, in the off-peak period the cost is reduced by the service provided in the period between the periods indicated by the company and the first hours of the morning.

This rate is very suitable for those customers who stay for short periods of time in their homes and therefore, consumption is concentrated in less expensive hours, that is, at night.

Similarly, specific information is indicated, which allows visualizing the relationship between this rate, its power and the respective electricity consumption, what is shown there allows this relationship to be clearly established.

  1. The access tariff corresponding to 2.0 A (0 to 10kW) is related to an electrical power of €0,1152/kW day, with peak electrical consumption €0,1408/kWh and off-peak €0,0703/kWh.
  2. The access tariff corresponding to 2.1 A (10 to 15 kW) is related to an electrical power of €0,1355/kW day, with peak electrical consumption: €0,1547/kW and off-peak €0,0826/kWh

Note: In this case too, it should be considered that VAT is not included in the cost of the discounted rate.

In another order of ideas, it is established that customers have the option of contracting the Aldro Energía Flat rate, where a fixed fee is considered during the 12 months of the year, so that service fluctuations are not considered and also the value of this quota is established by the company considering the annual consumption of each property.

For this case, a maximum annual consumption (kWh/year) is set, as well as a maximum contracted power, in the event that the price exceeds the so-called maximum consumption, what is in force in the general conditions of Aldro Energía must be considered.

In addition, it is known that this specific service considers it necessary to have the 2.0A or 2.1A access toll.

Flat rate

The flat rate has application ranges that specifically relate annual consumption to the respective price that the customer must cover, all of which is stipulated according to the following information:

Conditions of the gas contract 

For the application of the gas contract, the company establishes several mandatory conditions that must be applied and they are the following:

  • Duration of the contract.
  • It can be renewed for continuous annual activities, unless some of the parties desist from this condition, but never less than one month before the expiration date of the contract.
  • The prices at all times are considered renewable every 12 months and their revision is stipulated every 3 months.
  • The billing period can be considered bimonthly or monthly.
  • If the electronic invoice is used at a given time, a 2% discount is automatically generated, but this does not apply in the case of the flat rate.
  • At no time is there any link between a fee and an additional maintenance service.

Gas rates

In the case of the natural gas marketing service, it considers the application of two specific rates, that is: Premium Rate always for gas and Flat Rate for gas, as will be indicated later on for each of them.

This plan has particular characteristics that, among other things, range between 3.1 and 3.2 since the gas access tolls are considered based on the annual consumption of kWh. The individual characteristics of each toll are detailed below.

Toll 3.2
