A key feature of any RPG is the ability to buy and sell items from merchants, and Biomutant certainly supports this trend. The in-game currency equivalent to money is green, as you simply collect green leaves that act as currency, so with the necessary green, you can buy weapon parts, consumables, clothing, and more. How to buy and sell items in Biomutant

You will not be able to buy or sell items for some time. Also, for a while you won't even know if you have any green, since it won't be used. After completing the learning phase, you will almost immediately enter the tribal drama taking place throughout Biomutant, and exploring your surroundings will be your first priority. For the first time ever, you will be able to use all the greens you have collected so far on random bushes scattered throughout, immediately after capturing the enemy tribe's first outpost.

Once you are victorious and raise your tribe's flag at the outpost, the first merchants will appear in the outpost's market area. You can buy some items from them, such as crafting materials, clothes, or even Maunts. Complete weapons are not sold by any merchant, but you can simply buy parts for them and build them yourself.

Just like shopping, you can sell almost any item you own to any merchant for a set amount of greenbacks. In both cases, when buying and selling, if your charisma score is high enough and your barter percentage is higher, prices will generally be better. You will be able to buy things cheaper and sell them at a better price. So if you like to trade back and forth, investing in charisma may be the preferred way to power up your character.

Once you get your first outpost, not only will you start unlocking them quicker as the game speeds up from there, but you'll also start finding merchants in small towns and random places, so always stay Keep an eye out for the various merchants and check their stock to find new items.
