How are items and gear equipped in Dungeons & Dragons: Dark Alliance?

As you may have already guessed, this means one thing. You can only equip new items and equipment outside of missions by returning to your base. The change of movements, the adjustment of the gear… everything can be done there and only there. That said, while you're at your base, changing everything is a breeze. You have to enter the character menu by pressing the corresponding button (for example, view/return for Xbox), and you will be able to see the available options. Scroll right to the “Equipment” tab and this is where you will find your inventory. Just highlight the piece of gear you want and hit the confirm button again to equip it. If you want to change or equip new potions you can find the Utilities icon at the bottom of the same page. Click on it and you will see all the potions and elixirs unlocked and available. Select any of them, then select the slot you want to equip it to and confirm the action. Now you have the potion you want and can use it in the stages.
