The DLL library files (of English Dynamic Link Library) (Dynamic Link Library) in simple words, they are files included in a program necessary for it to run correctly on Windows operating systems. The problem of these, arises at the moment of wanting to open (execute) a certain program, that is where the system gives us an error with messages like this: «Application failed to start because MSVBVM60.DLL was not found. Re-installing the application may fix the problem«.
