You are the chief engineer tasked with creating a new facility, the Dyson Sphere. It is a mega factory that orbits around a star and absorbs its energy to exist. To build such an object, modern systems will be used, as well as many trips through the universe. Future technology and artificial intelligence have enabled highly efficient resource extraction, as well as solving the problem of energy scarcity. The factory is to serve as humanity's main energy supply hub, so sources must be well supplied, from rocky and gaseous planets to dwarfs and red giants.

Ways to get planetary resources – Dyson Sphere Program?

Now that that's settled, you can move on to making an interstellar logistics system. It is actually an upgrade of a planetary logistics station.

If you already have them, you can build some particle containers and then you will need the titanium alloy that you have already made.

Head over to building two interstellar logistics stations, as you need a transmitting station and a receiving station.

They also need multiple ships to fly between them. You can get several logistics ships to do your job.

You can then configure supply and demand to select the resources you need. This will automatically give you the resources you need from other planets.

To automate iron or copper, you'll need to place a mining machine in front of multiple nodes of the desired material and the power to run it.

You can set up your miners however you like, but I usually try to get them to cover as many nodes as possible so I don't have to deal with cleanup when nodes run out.

A node can be used by multiple miners if you need to overlap their zones, however this will use the fastest node.

You can use SHIFTto unlock the reticle and binding rotation of mining machines, so you can place exactly what you want.

Once you have installed your miner and enabled it, you can click it with the transporter selected to increase its performance, when mining from the classifier of the mining machine no.
