Key points:

One of the current Genshin Impact events is part of Dragonback's special training: Tracking Training Missions. These quick scans task you with finding snowman parts that you can use to create snowmen from melted icicles.

On the third day of the event, the following two challenges (stages 5 and 6) are available to you. Here is the location of the first Tracker Training challenge:

In this challenge you have to find and melt all the piles of ice crystals in the area. You can melt these pillars with arson skills, but the easiest and most effective way is to use a character with a fire bow, like Amber or Yoimia.

Completing these challenges will reward you with some primogems, snowwalker emblems (event currency that you can spend in the event shop), and other snowman components.
