To get the Iwakura Legacy Achievement in Genshin Impact, teleport to the Serpent's Tomb in Enkanomiya. Walk the left ridge of rocks with waterfalls between them. At the left waterfall you will see the Hakuen Michimitsu Amenoma Blade, pick it up.
