In case you have at hand the Office Online subscription or copy of Word, you must follow the steps that we will indicate:

Document Creation

This, in short, is the first step that you must follow, within it you must:

Create a document in Google Docs, only the text, it must not have any image or additional element.

Next you must go to Word and create a new document, then you must copy the content of the Docs document, within the one you just created in Word. You can also save your document using the .docx extension if you wish.

Add the image
