Sometimes the operation of copying, moving, or deleting a file or folder is not allowed because precisely another person (on the network) or program is using it, as the notice that appears in the image shows us, then if we do not know how to solve this, it is best to use tools like lockhunter.
This application, when installed, integrates an option in the contextual menu of the right click What is locking this file? that allows us to identify what is blocking the file, and then give us several options such as unlocking it (Unlock It!), deleting it (Delete It!) or doing it in a multiple way.
Also this utility can be intelligently used to unlock removable devices like USB sticks which many times cannot be ejected safely, it should be mentioned that there is another application called Unlocker which has the same functionality and is multilanguage, although I prefer to use lockhunter since it is safe and has no execution errors.
