This page of the guide will tell you what to do if you are having trouble solving the puzzle in Ratchet & Clank Rift Apart. Problems solving a Clank or Glitch puzzle could, in theory, hinder your progress.

How to solve the puzzles in Ratchet & Clamp; Clank: Rift Apart

In Ratchet & Clank Rift Apart there are two main types of logic puzzles that can hold you back for a while.

The first type of puzzles are the parts where you play as Clank and Keith. Each time you have to solve 3 puzzles in a row. Its task is to direct the projections to a place called the meta-terminal. To do this, you have to collect orbs/spheres with different effects, such as boosting or launching characters into the air. You must place the orbs in the correct slots to reach the meta-terminal and open the exit.

The second type of puzzle game is the parts where you control a little machine, Glitch. Here, your goal is to destroy nests of hostile computer viruses. It may also be necessary, for example, to avoid enemy attacks or disable the protective shields that protect certain nests. The controlled character can walk on selected walls and ceilings - you can avoid obstacles and get to new places.

It is important to note that completing the puzzles in Ratchet & Clank Rift Apart is optional. You can skip them by selecting the corresponding option in the pause menu. We recommend doing this only as a last resort, that is, if you can't solve the puzzle and don't want to use the guide.
