To access the waterfall, start at the place where the boat lands and go down the path to the boat you followed Felton Razz on in Find the Technician. Instead of using the boat, jump into the water below, dive in, and then turn left until you see a large pile of metallic and explosive crates in front of the cave entrance. Destroy the boxes by tapping on the box that explodes and swim through the cave, then jump out the other side. Jump onto the rocks at the top and you should see a group of darts in front of you and an inverted bullseye for Swingshot. Clear the darts and swingshot through the first hole, then swingshot through the next hole.

Here you will find yourself on some rocks next to a waterfall. Climb over rocks and ascend a linear path, killing darts, puffoids, and toxic crabs along the way. In the end, you will reach the top. Defeat the dead here and a telepath will appear. Defeat him and you will get a golden ray.
