The National Experimental Security University (UNES) opens its doors from time to time to begin the pre-registration process in the corresponding academic journals. The UNES is a study center for all those who wish to train as Higher University Technicians (TSU) and Bachelor's degrees in civil security.
Steps for pre-registration
In order to carry out the pre-registration process, a series of steps must be followed, which will be described in detail below:
Step 1: The first thing to do is to enter the web portal of the SOME and proceed to fill out the pre-registration form with all the data that is requested, it is important to verify that all the data that is placed on the form is correct and without any type of typing errors.
Once it is verified that all the data is correct, two copies of the form must be printed, which will be recorded during the pre-registration process. One of the printed copies will be kept in the applicant's file at UNES and the other will be returned sealed and signed.
How to register in the system?
To be able to register in the UNES system for the pre-registration process, the first thing to do is enter the web portal and click on Pre-register! When accessing this option, a guide will be displayed with a series of data that must be filled in with all the information that is going to be observed there. It is important to ensure that the data is not written without spelling or transcription errors, names and surnames, identity card and other data.
Personal data of the applicant must be entered such as; ID number, first and middle name; as well as the first and second surname, you must also include the date of birth, the place of birth, an email, marital status, your gender.
When you complete the registration process in the system, you should already be very aware of which academic program you want to belong to, since you will be asked to choose a national training program (PNF). It is important to mention that the UNES on its web portal makes the following PNF programs available to the public, and that they will be observed in alphabetical order below:
- Bomberil in Fire Sciences and Fire Safety.
- Criminal investigation.
- Civil Protection and Disaster Administration.
- Nation Security.
- Police Service.
To continue with the process you must fill out the entire form until you reach the last part where you will see the option to register and in this way the first step of pre-registration is ready.
A good recommendation that can be given to all applicants is that they analyze and evaluate all the options of the PNF programs that can be viewed in the UNES system, it is best to enter the system and read each one carefully. a lot of caution.
Step 2: All applicants who wish to study at the National Experimental Security University (UNES) must go to the branch closest to their home or where they decide to study and thus make UNES pre-registrations, and when they go they must show the collections that are requested depending on the career you choose as well as the two printed forms of the form that you filled out on the portal.
Among the general requirements that must be presented to carry out the prescription process, are the following documents:
- The original and a copy of the identity card of the applicant must be presented
- You must also present a copy of the Identity Card of your parents.
- A passport-type photo which must be current must not exceed 6 months since it was taken.
- The original and a copy of the Bachelor's Degree, authenticated, must be submitted. You should also have a black background copy of it on hand.
- Likewise, the original and a copy of the Diversified Media and/or Professional Qualifications Certification must also be submitted.
- Consign a copy of the birth certificate, legible and certified, and to which you must not have those of 6 months from the moment it was requested.
- In addition, you must bring a certificate from the Single National Registry of Entry to University Education (RUSNIES).
- Submit military registration.
- A letter of good conduct is required to be presented.
- Request a letter of residence in your municipality where you live.
- Submit a Curriculum Summary.
- Proof of registration from the CNE.
- A copy of the personal bank account number of the Bank of Venezuela.
All documents must be delivered in a yellow legal size folder, with a hook and identified.
Step 3:: All applicants who wish to enter the UNES must undergo and also pass a series of tests which are:
- psychological test
- Medical test
- Physical test
- Socioeconomic test
- Test with the evaluation panel
Step 4:: To get to this step, three of the tests that were indicated above must have been presented and duly approved, so that in this step the last two tests must be presented and these are:
- Socioeconomic test: With this test, the university will determine the conditions in which the applicant in question lives, but also his entire family, and how is the quality of life that they all lead.
- Test with the evaluation panel: This test consists of conducting an interview with the evaluation panel and where they will be in charge of exchanging ideas, so that knowledge about the general culture and aspirations and considerations can be determined. of the PNF of the National Experimental University of Security (UNES).
Step 5: At the end of the testing period, the Secretary of the University will be in charge of publishing the lists of the people who all their exams were approved and who therefore entered the university, to know who was selected or not, you must access to the portal of the National Experimental Security University (UNES).
